If you are having trouble connecting, the first recommended step is to reset the unit to its factory settings. This often remedies any initial connection issues you might experience.
- Hold down both buttons on the side of the unit for approximately 10 seconds.
- You will see both LEDs on the front of the unit start to blink Red.
- Release the buttons.
- The green light in the upper, left-hand corner of the Smart Outlet will start blinking indicating that it is ready to start the Wireless Accessory Configuration (WAC) and HomeKit pairing process.
