My Smart Outlet does not appear in the list of devices

If the Smart Outlet does not appear in the list of devices during configuration then you will need to perform a reset on the unit. 

Depress the two manual outlet control buttons on the side of the unit.

After approximately ten seconds the two indicator LEDs on the front of the unit will begin to blink red.

This indicates that the reset is complete. Return to the ConnectSense App and retry the procedure for adding a new device.
